1.Use qualified 16Mn and Q235B steel from domestic famous manufacturers, such as Bao steel.
2. Painting Process. After shot-blast cleaning, spraying anti-rust paint, then spray paint.
3.Use high-strength wire in the welding process. Main joints use special steel and special process.
4. Electric devices are from international well-known manufacturers, such as Schneider, Omron.
5. Motor and deceleration devices use domestic famous manufacturers' products, eg: Shanghai, Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co., Ltd.,Tianjin etc, to ensure the long life.
6.Each device is in strict test, then can packed to ship, to ensure that the trouble after leave the factory reduced to the minimum.
7.The only tower crane institute of Shandong Province located in HONGDA Group, which has more than 50 engineers designing products.
